Keep the Air Clean For the Kids

02_08_10_nursery.jpgBy now we're all aware that pollution inside the home can be just as bad (if not worse, in some cases) as that outdoors. And we know it's important to improve the air quality for health benefits. But a recent study shows that there's another big reason to do just that.

 
 

Indoor air pollutants have been linked to ear infections in children. In a recently-released study, improved air quality was directly related to a significant decrease in ear infections among the little ones.

So, as if you needed another reason to improve your indoor air quality, doing it for your children's optimal health seems a pretty good reason.
