Limited Edition Print Benefitting El Triunfo Biosphere Reserve

10-20-08 el triunfo bird.jpgHome to over 400 species of birds, El Triunfo Biosphere Reserve is a 300,000 acre park in the Sierra Madre Mountains of Mexico. In an effort to support the park, artist David Tomb has created a series of prints featuring some of the more exotic species found in El Triunfo.

In collaboration with San Francisco's Electric Works, the artist has created two prints thus far, including "Resplendent Quetzel", featured here. Each print is $250, with the proceeds going directly to El Triunfo. You can also catch Tomb's full exhibit entitled "The Plumed Serpent" next month at the Louie Meager Art Gallery.
