While I don't plan on doing this myself anytime soon, nor is it as elegant as Afroditi Krassa's Yellow page Cardholder, this self made cardholder DOES recycle one of those yellow pages you have sitting around and a can of beer (or soda!).
Make Your Own Yellow Page Cardholder
Doug over at GreenUpgrader decided to take recycling / making a yellow page cardholder into his own can with a detailed how-to that includes drinking a can of beer, carefully cutting off the top, and rolling up the phone book for insertion.
Afroditi Krassa, the creator of the more elegant version, gives away the instructions for her his designs for free so this is probably what he had hoped would happen.

Afroditi Krassa is a woman. The more common spelling of her first name (in the US) is Aphrodite as in the the goddess of love.
