While no one was hurt in the failure, the video made us think about some visions of the future, where our suburban patterns actually help us make things more green, by, say, putting a windmill in every backyard.

On its own, that's not a bad idea. However, this video begs the question: whose responsibility should it be to to maintain those windmills? This one failed due to a defective braking system. If one of these puppies blew up in your backyard, you can bet you'd have at least a few unhappy neighbors.
