Portlander Wins Dwell Green Design Contest

Every three months, I get an impending sense of doom when I go to the mailbox. Any day, I might open it and find the dreaded water bill.

Sure, I wash my plates in an energy-saver dishwasher and let my lawn go green in the summer, but I just can’t give up a lengthy shower. And my bill definitely takes this into account.
