Welcome: January is Bedroom Month

1-12-2009bedroom.jpgWelcome to a new week at Re-nest. We just realized that we've forgotten to mention that this month is Bedroom month across most of the AT sites.

So, we've been looking at all sorts of green bedroom stuff ...

From mattresses to pillow protectors, we've already started investigating some of the things that can make a bedroom greener.

Keep your eye out this month for a lot more on sheets, bedroom furniture, pillows, and anything else that might help you sleep more soundly.

What's the most important thing you've done in your bedroom to keep it green?

Open the windows? Let's the bad stuff out, and is a virtually energy-free source of climate control. Besides, people don't do this nearly enough in the winter. Think of all that builds up inside. Ick.

Keeping bed linen all white - that way when one bit wears out you don't have to replace the lot to still have matching sheets, and buying most of it second hand.
