Cool-down methods range from the obvious (take off your shoes!) to the more ingenious (make an energy efficient air conditioner with a fan and a bowl of ice cubes).
We especially like counterintuitive suggestion # 16: Eat more spicy food. We plan on testing that one out tonight!
