DIY: Got Too Many Belts?

ReadyMade magazine is forever coming up with new ways to use old things. We love to browse through their projects. And when we're done, we always realize that in order to be truly happy we'll need to invest in both a hot glue gun and a sewing machine.

We just spotted these awesome belt projects. They're not for us (we don't have enough belts); but, for anyone who has too many, or wants to buy a few at the local thrift store, we think these belted projects are great.

Replace a seat cushion with belts, add some handles to your storage bins, or fashion a quirky earring organizer.

Sweet, but I cannot imagine hot glue holding up well enough to hold someone's weight. Unless maybe I have the wrong glue gun.
