Yes, we're talkin' dryer balls again.
Remember last year when we posted about those plasticy blue dryer balls (made from PVC) ... and then we found a better alternative?
Well, now we've found a dryer ball we like even more, and it's available on Etsy.
ReFabulous's eco-friendly wool dryer balls are made from recycled 100% wool yarn, unraveled by hand from sweaters, hand-wrapped around a firm, fulled wool core. In other words: no plastic.
They'll reduce static and should reduce drying time just like tennis balls or other dryer balls.
And they're $7 each (which is actually cheaper than Nellie's Dryerballs -- the PVC ones).
Or, you could make your own:

My thoughts exactly, SoSue -- those of us who knit or crochet have many wool yarn scraps that would make excellent dryer balls.

Or, you could stop using the dryer, which let's face it is about the least eco-friendly appliance there is!
