Spring Cleaning & Using Things Up

Part of spring cleaning for us includes not only window washing, scrubbing, dusting and rearranging. It also includes using things up, not buying more. Our top things that need streamlining this time of year for our sanity and for our budget...

Digging through our kitchen cabinets and finding creative ways to use stuff that's been sitting too long
Using up cosmetic and toiletry products/samples
Use/wear clothes that have been buried since last spring (instead of shopping for new stuff)
Go through old paint, fabric and supplies to start a new project before things become unusable or unlikable!

I know over the course of a year I'll have extra bottles and bars of soaps, extra toothbrushes, and other random bathroom supplies, all unopened (typically gifts from people, but I never really cared for the type/scent). I'll get everything together and donate it to a 'helping the needy' organization.
