We all know that giving is more rewarding than receiving ... still, isn't it fun to hear about what your friends got over the holiday season?

We think so.

Our favorite green gift this year was, by far, an 8" cast iron skillet from Lodge. It came from mom and, although she did take the price tag off, we know it cost about $14.95 -- an awesome bargain.

We love our enameled cast iron skillet from Le Creuset, but needed something smaller. This little guy is perfect for scrambled eggs and sauteed onions. We're thrilled.
