Frying Pans for Vegetarians: The Vege

2008_5_27-Vege.jpgOooh - we like these new cast iron pans from Finnish designer Mikko Laakkonen. They have raised leafy patterns that print your pancakes.

They can also be a reminder to your meat-eating friends that this is your separate veggie-only pan. We just really like the shapes and sizes; they come in basic frying pans and also smaller pans to make blini. (via NOTCOT)

But wouldn't it be hard to flip the pancakes?

I agree w/ Timat - these are pretty useless in a real cooks kitchen.

I love my cast iron pans. They are perfectly seasoned and have never been used to cook meat. Although these are cute, I think that things would stick around the pattern and cleanup would be more difficult.
