The Preserve Kitchen line caught our eye at Whole Foods, and we were especially drawn to this cutting board. It's made with 100% post-consumer recycled paper, and it's knife-friendly and non-porous. Plus, it's available in some swanky mod colors.
Has anyone used the Preserve line of kitchen products before? We're intrigued, but we'd love to know more before we buy.

I purchased the small recycled plastic cutting board with the lip, and I use it all the time. I had no idea how useful that lip would be, but it's great. The knife leaves marks in it, but it's not too bad. I don't think it'll last as long as a non-recycled board.
