Another Take on the Magazine Table

11-19-08magtable1.jpgJen's magazine table was a great way to recycle those old magazines. Here's another version, a coffee table, by designer Vered Zaykovsky.

 
 

This coffee table is composed of six copies of Domus magazine which have been woven together creating a stable and strong table. Supposedly, no cutting or glue was necessary to create this work so that it can be taken apart at any time. A glass top and metal base were added for strength.

I can't figure out how it was done without cutting the magazines, but it's certainly impressive!
