How To: Make Cereal Box Storage Bins

5-12-09-cereal-box.jpg

Storage bins are such a basic organizing tool that it just makes sense to, first of all, make them ourselves; and, second of all, use one of the most common sources of household cardboard to do so. We see great cereal-box reuse projects come through every once in awhile, and this is a great one to add to the arsenal....

The fun, of course, comes from choosing a pattern for the outside, using paper or fabric. These are covered with fabric from an old slipcover. The instructions are provided by Urban Nest via this PDF.
