5 Great Repurposed Home Decor Ideas

We're all for recycling and repurposing, especially when the results are as fabulous as this. See what each of the above items is made from (a few even surprised us), after the jump!

We came across these great home decor solutions over at Recyclart (where there's all sorts of great finds!). Details for each item are listed below.

Featured Left To Right
Outdoor Shapes: These bold circles on the wall are painted, discarded satellite dishes. Story here.

Bookends: Made from vintage cameras, dominoes and mah jong tiles, they'll hold a few books up and look great doing so. They were sold originally in this Etsy store!

Moveable Gardening Cart: Obviously this is a shopping cart, there's little mystery there, but this would allow you to grow plants out all sides of the basket increasing your garden size while decreasing your squarefootage. Story here.

Trashcan: Made entirely from bottlecaps, there's lots of other great furniture pieces and a how to video here.

Entertainment Center: Made from a decent grade wooden pallet (although you could make one of the same design rather inexpensively) and a couple of wheels, this is a great low tech (literally) design.
