Modern & Green: A Country House in France
ArchDaily

Check out this modern home in south western France by Meld Architecture — the timber and limestone exterior responds directly to the local terrain where it was sourced and the home has many green elements including: "solar thermal panels for domestic hot water, rainwater harvesting, and a green roof"...

Aesthetically, we love the chip-board interior walls and bursts of neon color! You can see construction photos on the Meld Architecture site.

Check out all the pics and plans at ArchDaily: Petit Bayle / Meld Architecture.

I have yet to see plywood or chipboard interiors done in an inspirational way. I applaud it's use, but, to me, it always feels like the inside of an unfinished cardboard box. I don't know what the answer is, anyone?
