Okay, so when we hear the phrase "private library and writing studio," our quiet little rational heart suddenly bursts open and and sings a longing, wistful ballad. Oh, the things we could do if we were only given a little creative space! True, we are being a bit facetious, but there's no denying that we dream of having an artistic getaway... maybe even this one! (Um, call us if you need a house sitter.) Designed by NYC-based design architect Andrew Berman, this small building is located on Long Island about two hours east of New York City.
