DIY Wine Charms from Extra Resistors

charms100108.jpgFor the geek chic in all of us, here are some great and unique DIY wine charms for as little as $.15 cents each.

 
 

Starting with simple resisters available at your local electronics store or RadioShack, simply following the photos below. As a bonus, attend a local electronics swap for some recycling fun.

Why is this green you may ask?

A couple reasons:


  • Keep track of your wine glass at a parties to save on water from washing dishes.

  • Save on packaging from purchasing these at a big box store.

  • Save money for other green goodies!

Choose from an assortment of surprisingly pretty transistors, resistors or capacitors:
