Faucet Fountain from Tiny Living

2008_07_22-FaucetFountain.jpgIt seems like we go through glass after glass during the summer, trying to get our full 8 servings of water a day. Even though we try to use just one throughout the day, it seems like we're always running out of cups. So we were intrigued by this water fountain faucet cover from Tiny Living. It doesn't replace a water glass, of course, but it might save a glass when all you need is a quick drink.

See it in action below, then tell us what you think.

2008_07_22-FaucetFountain2.jpgThis little plastic gadget turns any faucet into a drinking fountain without interfering with normal faucet use. It would work very well in a bathroom too, and cut out any need for disposable paper bathroom cups.

What do you think? Is this helpful or not? Would you use it in your kitchen?

Very cool idea - that being said, I probably wouldn't buy this. I just keep a glass that I reuse for water throughout the day and clean it at the end of the day. Isn't too much of a hassle.

I just keep a glass by the sink too. In the bathroom, as well. It's not like it's that much bother to wash them. And the eight servings of water a day thing? Health nut nonsense, and recently debunked besides.

I had one of these in my bathroom as a kid. We used them instead of a cup to rinse after brushing.

If my city water didn't taste like a brew of chemicals then this would be a great idea.
