Recycle, Re-Juice: Re-Juicer from Amrom Experimental

2009_06_05-Juicer.jpgDo you need a juicer for all those summer cocktails? Well, this one looks pretty good; it is basic and simple, and it does what you need it to do. There's a twist, though...

2009_06_05-Juicer02.jpgThis is definitely not a commercially-produced juicer; it's actually made from cleaned and recycled bottles. What a good-looking re-use of commonly thrown away products!

This is from Amron Experimental, a design group that is creating some very interesting products and concepts that explore reusing, recycling, and reducing our consumption.

• Buy it: Re-Juicer, $6.50 at Amron Experimental

This looks flimsy and I doubt it would last long. I figure making crappy "green" products like this is a far worse eco crime than buying a juicer that would last.
