The whole manufacturing process is streamlined to produce a minimal amount of waste: their designs (which are all tool-free and can be assembled by snapping together) are made only with organic, non-toxic, certified sustainable materials, and they'll pick up the furniture when its first life is over to recycle it or reclaim the materials...

Appleply = FSC Certified and NAF
Bamboo = FSC Certified
Douglas Fir = Reclaimed from bleachers
World Mix = Reclaimed from shipping pallets
Teak = Post-consumer reclaimed
Each piece also gives its LEED specifications.
