Gift Bag 2007: Large Paperstone Cutting Board from Recycline

Welcome to our Simple Holiday Gift Bag in which instead of doing a "gift guide", we do that AND give the gifts away to our readers. All the details are below. Happy Holidays!

12-1-six.jpg We can't afford paperstone countertops, but we think we could splurge on this paperstone cutting board from Recycline's new Preserve Kitchen line. The board is made from 100% post-consumer recycled paper and retails for $24.99. Let us know what you'd be chopping on this board this holiday season and maybe you'll win one!

I'll be chopping up lots of carrots, celery, onions which go in most things I cook. I would also be chopping potatoes, tomatoes, herbs, apples and oranges - but not to be used all in the same recipe. Thanks for the contest!

I'd be chopping vegetables and fruit for our fabulous fresh juices--and everything else--my cutting board is about all the counter space we have. It's beautiful, by the way

I'd use this for chopping nuts that I am going to add to holiday desserts. I'd also use it to slice apples for my kiddo. She has a loose tooth and can't bite into them!
