Ah! Love this totally unique lamp we spotted over at Design*Sponge. It was a made to order creation from a wood worker in Sydney, Maizon. The base was created with rolling pins to hold the egg shaped papier mache lamp shade. If you're at all talented with woodworking, we could see this being a terrific DIY.
That is nice, but actually, looks exactly like the monument that sits over the grave of Tamerlane's favored teacher in Gur-i-Amir in Samarkand, which is a tree that holds some hair from a horse.
