Green Style: LED String Lights on the Patio

We've seen some amazing outdoor spaces so far this month, but it's good to remember that even something as simple as stringing a few LED lights can transform your outdoor space into something special.

While we are on the topic, I'm looking for outdoor lights are solar powered, stringed ones, like the above. I bought a string of small lanterns from Ikea, but they have since sold out (I had no idea this was going to happen or else I would stocked up). I would like to get ones like the above. Thanks for any help.

Would be great if they are affordable (20$ or less per strand) would be great, but I'll consider all options.
