Hot or Not? Clocks Made from Recycled Bottles

2-17-2009bottles2.jpgWe couldn't help but notice these clocks as we clicked through an LATimes.com photo tour of Joan Currie's condo makeover.

This one is made of repurposed glass juice bottles. The one after the jump is made from repurposed plastic water bottles.

take off the lables of the glass bottles and it could be pretty, but 'juice squeeze' doesn't really do it for me.

I'd like to see something creative done with the used bottles. This is just ugly, unless it is meant as advertising for the company that makes the bottles... Quite frankly, I'd rather see just the plain clock, the bottles don't add anything other than clutter

Just recycle the darn things. I love both lamps, though.
