Hot or Not? EcoHangers

Constructed from 100% recycled paper and with recycled plastic bottle caps, reusable EcoHangers are billboard hangers sold to drycleaners in lieu of ubiquitous wire hangers.

the wire hangers are usually covered with paper advertisements anyway, so there's no difference there...

however, I think these will be more likely thrown away after one use since they're 'just' cardboard.

many dry cleaners will let you return your unwanted wire hangers, which seems more sustainable (I doubt they'd take these back as they're start to look scuzzy).

the best solution: eco dry cleaners often let you purchase garment bags that you bring your dirty clothes in (or next to your sack of dirty clothes if you prefer) so you reuse that and the hangers.
