Although the concept is good, you can make a pot yourself by simply folding newspaper top to bottom 2-4 times until you have a rectangle 1.5ish times higher then you want your pot.
Roll it around a form (Like a can of tinned tomatoes), tucking one side into the other, like putting a bill in a wallet (Surrounded on both sides by the other).
Push the sides overhanging the can into the can's bottom, then push the can down on them, twisting.
You now have a pot, and you didn't have to use any extra wood, petrol, coal or money.
