If you're a newbie gardener like us, then getting down all the basic information on sustainable gardening is crucial. So, we were pretty happy to see so much of that info in Wired.com's Sustainable Gardening Wiki.
Need to know the ins and outs of sustainable pest control? That's covered. So is watering, mulching, and composting. They even explain what the basic lifecycle of a sustainable garden should look like. All very useful stuff.

Nor does planting each item in it's own small pot- that means it needs to be watered a lot more often than if it were in a much bigger container.
