This is a weekend project. It takes a number of steps, some DIY-prowess, and some materials you might have to run out and buy — but we think the results look like their worth it.
So check out the step-by-step candle recycling instructions over at the Failed Feminist. We love her conclusion: "I discovered that making a candle is actually pretty easy, but making a perfect candle is a lot harder."
Have you ever made candles before our of recycled wax?

Failed Feminist :) is a great instruction-giver. Thanks for this. Also,
To recycle the actual candle containers: Freeze overnight the old wax should pop right out. She's right about a glue gun - helps with the residue.
