Created by North Vancouver-based InHabit, these small buildings are versatile enough for many places and many uses. Above we see an InHabit dwelling being delivered by helicopter to a forested recreational site. Completely off the grid, this little dwelling took only six hours to assemble once delivered. Starting at 10x10 and $12,000, InHabit's Studio 1.0 model can be used as a home office, music studio. or even a backyard guest bedroom.

InHabit was included in the 2007 New York Times feature, Think Small.
