He designed his environmentally-friendly Charlottesville, Virginia vacation house after consulting with architect friends and collaborating with local carpenters. Wyner's design includes double-insulated windows, heated floors, and soy insulation. To better enjoy nature, he had walking trails cleared in the 11 acres that surround his house. Wyner named his Charlottesville house "Frogsong."
