This prefab Houseboat, which we want to hijack and sail away on, was designed by David Balinger. It's modern and beautiful, has a small footprint (48ft x 12ft) and all sorts of green touches.

"I wanted it to be like an updated Frank Lloyd Wright home but with an open New York Loft condo style mixed with a mid century Eichler home post and beam style," writes Ballinger on the MetroShip website.
