I think this would be great gift for my step-dad, but I can't see a way to buy one through a retailer I've ever heard of before. I don't see a way to get one through Ace Hardware. If anyone happens to figure that out, please post it!

You can purchase directly through the Striker's website. The website also lists a number of retailers (including Ace) that sells their products. You may just need to contact Ace to ask them to order one for you if they don't have it stocked.

If you do get it, follow up and let us know what your step-dad thinks!
