We're big fans of atmospheric lighting (we rely on lamps in our living room and never use the overhead lights). So we're right on board with Daniel Becker's Spark system, a series of energy-efficient LED light bulbs that can be linked together in a variety of ways to form beautiful light sculptures...
German designer Becker says this of his design:
"The lighting elements are based on low-energy led modules, all pieces are connected by simple screw-type joints which don't need any technical expertise. Its intended use is to bring atmospherical light and create a defined room within a previously undefined large area, square, garden or the like."
