Recently, we've gotten a little tired of the "glass bottle becomes _______" phenomenon. (Should we have admitted that?)
We're all about reuse and, of course, we reuse glass bottles left and right in our own home. But there seemed to be a glut of the stuff on the eco-home market. We were getting fatigued ... until we saw this.
This Leitmotiv Bottle Chandelier immediately captured our imagination. It's so simple that it takes a moment to realize that it is is actually made up of a collection of glass bottles.
Each glass bottle rests on a steel spike. We wonder if you could replace the bottle with your own. What would a Heineken lamp look like -- would it cast a green glow?
And we'd also love to see a picture of the lamp being used in a dark room. We're guessing the effect is fantastic.
