Saving Grace: Droog Lamps Designed for CFLs

One of the peeks we're getting from the Milan furniture fair is of Dutch design collective Droog's exhibition: A Touch of Green. It's a collection of designs that explore the various issues surrounding environmentally friendly design and sustainability. The Saving Grace lamps (above) are by designer Adrien Rovero and were specifically designed for use with compact fluorescent bulbs (CFLs)...

These are pretty cool. The more we can make green stylish the more people will get into it. Appeal to people's aesthetics as well as environmental concerns. Good idea.
