While doing a quick toilet-paper and paper towel run at Costco the other day we spotted these very large Method hand wash refills. We've never seen refills this big outside of Costco, so have a feeling they're exclusive to the discount chain.

This photo is for scale - as you can see, it's really a rather large bottle, 96 oz to be exact. We can't find this size of refill anywhere online, including the Costco website, so you may have to go in person to catch this deal. Oh, did we mention it was only $6.99?

whoa! that bottle IS huge! i love method. this is just another reason for me to finally become a costco member.

yeah, but buying liquid soap is really not a green option.
You're transporting water from one place to another, with the resulting carbon footprint. The bottles are made of plastic - even if they're recyclable, or even recycled, they're not necessary, because you can buy good old-fashioned bars of soap with NO packaging (or at worst, a little bit of paper/card). Think how many bars of soap you can fit into a truck compared with bottles of liquid soap.
Unnecessary transport, unnecessary packaging, unnecessary product.

those refills are odd. The only liquid soap refills for method that I've seen are in bags:

I actually saw these at Bed Bath and Beyond today. I haven't seen them online anywhere, though.
