We were so excited to see TreeHugger's 1st Annual Best of Green Awards, the "best of the best, the greenest of the green, in the world of culture and celebrity, travel and nature, cars and transportation, science and technology, food and health, business and politics...fashion and beauty." Totally amazing and inspirational...

Check out all the winners at TreeHugger and then comment and vote for yourself. Some of our favorites include the winners for the Best Single Family Project, the Best Modern Prefab, Best Food Writer (Michael Pollan - yes!), and Best Personal Care Line (Dr. Bronner's - another favorite).

Well, there is really no such thing as “first annual” anything. It would be better to say “first of what we hope to be an annual event.” It’s only annual when it happens again. Sorry to nitpick.
