Apartment Therapy Re-Nest | Two Contests to Support FSC

We've been blown away by the volume of responses and the brilliance of the submissions to our Creative Reuse series. Now you can put that creativity and design sense to work while supporting FSC, one of the greenest certification schemes out there.

There are two events, both sponsored by Design 21:

Wood, Paper, Checkmark invites designers to create an awareness campaign for sustainable forestry.
Going with the Grain challenges anyone to create an object using a single sheet of FSC-certified plywood.

We're really excited about both of these events: we'd love to see FSC gain more traction in the marketplace, and we can't wait to see what kinds of objects people will make out of FSC ply. Entries are due January 13 for both contests. If you submit an entry, please keep us in the loop!
