Eco Clothes Hanger Made from Cardboard and Reused Water Bottles

2-5-09-bobhanger4.JPGThe votes are in and EcoHangers are hot (19 to 6). While some people have enough hangers around to make book racks from them, we are always looking for more. The BoB hanger is another option that supports the shoulders of your garments, as well as your need for buying recycled products.

The BoB hanger is made from recycled cardboard and requires you supply your own reused plastic or glass bottles to function. The name, Bottle - object - bottle, describes what you need to make the hanger. The cardboard serves as the keystone to which you attach reused water bottles.

It comes flat packed, carries up to .5 kg and is 100% recyclable.

c'mon — buy a well made hanger (or use one from the 'gasp' dry cleaner) that will serve your needs for years. Buying a piece of cardboard that holds two bottles that should be in the recycling bin (and shouldn't have been purchased in the first place!) and would allow me to hang about three shirts in the small closet in my small home, just isn't making sense to me. I appreciate the creativity, but seems like a lot of material being used for a simple task.
