We'll admit to being enough of a nerd to follow NPR's various Twitter feeds, so last night when we saw one tweet about a series called "How Green Is It?" we were intrigued.
There has been so much green news lately that sometimes it can be a bit overwhelming. That's why we're happy to spend the month listening to this upcoming series. It may prove to be a great look at greenwashing, among other things...
Yesterday, we heard the first part of the series, taking a closer look at how green the Cash for Clunkers program is. Next up? Buying renewable energy locally, making a difference with reusable bags, and even a look at the ups and downs of bamboo.
Find the full synopsis here and be sure to check back in all month for NPR's take on the topics.
