Driving through downtown Oakland yesterday evening, we saw a big dumpster-hauling truck pulling out of a driveway.
The side of the truck said "EcoHaul." We were intrigued.

Apparently EcoHaul is a waste removal and disposal service. But the cool thing is, they specialize in reuse, recycling, and donation. In other words, you can give them a huge pile of your junk and they'll try to make sure as little as possible goes in a landfill.
"No other removal and hauling company diverts more of their customers' material from our landfills -- plus, EcoHaul is powered by Biodiesel!" That's their promise.
We're curious: Personally, we've never needed a service like this ... but has anyone out there used EcoHaul? What did you think of the service?
