From the same guy who brought us the innovative bamboo ZIG shelves and the Strata chair and ottoman made from salvaged office desks, another fantastic sustainable object: this off-beat, functional, modern Isabella stacking stool.

These stools are inspired by African traditional crafts. They're made of strawboard (Earth-friendly, formaldehyde-free compressed straw) and covered with felted wool.
We can see these complimenting a clean, modern living room: extra seating for guests, or a fascinating stacking sculpture when the party's not swinging...or, as a sweet and colorful addition to a nursery or child's room. They're versatile, funky, and sustainable. What's not to like?

Otherwise, love it.
