We still thinks this looks like just what it is: packaging -- like hanging the plastic clamshell your flashlight came in from the ceiling and calling it a lamp. But we will admit that we like the Blightster better than last week's Packaging Lamp.

It does make for some interesting conversation. What do you think of concepts like this? Does their green-ness make up for the fact that they're unattractive (in our opinion) or should green designers aspire towards something more beautiful?
