Hakatai Ashland-e Recycled Glass Tiles

Oregon-based Hakatai makes stunning glass tiles - the kind that shimmer at you when you walk toward them and make surfaces seem to come alive. So we were psyched to see that they're now making some of their tiles out of recycled glass - according to the company the Ashland-e series "is comprised of between 30 and 70 percent recycled glass from bottles and/or other waste glass that would otherwise enter the solid waste stream."

We're glad to see the company moving in the green direction, and we absolutely love clicking through their image gallery - it makes us want a bathroom to remodel like nobody's business.

You can get more information about Hakatai tiles, as well as buy tile directly from them on their website.
