doesn't click for me in and of itself, but I can imagine a designer doing something great with it.

Hey Heather! There's more to the green story (see the Vetrazzo website). This particular colorway/pattern was featured and named after Living with Ed star Ed Begley Jr. (HGTV's green reality show)

The last season on This Old House based in Austin featured this product in their kitchen and they showed a nice little tour of the factory in Crooklyn. Cool stuff!

I love it, especially the blue glass. I hear blue glass is hard to recycle into other glass things, anyway, so this is perfect use of it!
I've had my eye on these recycled glass counters for a while. The research I have done leads me to believe they are out of my reach price-wise, but oh I wish that were not so.

This is just what I've been looking for for my kitchen remodel (someday...) does anyone have any experience with it? Or any clue about the pricing?
I found out today that it is about 150/sq ft installed. It's 3mm thick.
