We were pretty focused on our mission, but these Organic Cotton Kitchen Towels ($7.99) from EcoChoices caught our eye.

The photo from their web site doesn't really do the towels justice. They have a very soft, waffled texture and the colors are beautiful, especially "Leaf" (which is not pictured).

We've never spent any money on dish towels. Ours are hand-me-downs from who knows where, but they do the job. If we were going to spend a little dough, these would be at the top of our list.
