Our old bathrooms and old showerheads meant short showers since the hot water would come out in full force and run out quickly.
So, we just picked up an Earth Massage showerhead and life is better - both in terms of water usage and by enjoying our great, warm showers again...
It's not as pretty as the chrome and nickel showerheads out there, but this plastic 9-Jet turbo massage sprayer costs only $9.99, so we could easily pick up another for our second bathroom without second thoughts.

Water-saving faucets and shower heads are great ideas for greening a home, regardless of what brand you choose. I just wanted to note that Moen also offers some water efficient shower heads. here is an example:
